1. Application

2. Document screening

This is the phase where we initiate contact with applicants, introducing ourselves and making initial connections. We will engage in discussions with job seekers to elaborate on the job details, understand their expectations regarding the position, and go over the follow-up interview process. At this stage, our aim is to establish a preliminary consensus with applicants.

3. Interview

If you meet our preferred qualifications, get ready for an engaging process. You can expect 2 to 3 rounds of interviews, providing the opportunity to meet potential supervisors and key managers or partners. Each interview will explore different skill areas and allow you to learn more about the role while addressing any questions you may have. Some roles may require field trips, presentations, or demonstrations of your professional skills (we'll provide details in advance).

4. Offer

Congratulations to suitable candidates! Those selected will be contacted with detailed information about the offer. Once you accept our offer, you'll receive formal documents to finalize the process. The application timeline varies by country and function, so we appreciate your patience as we work together to build our team.
