It’s that time of the year again when we have to deal with flood-damage. This weekend brought sudden flooding to parts of Metro Manila and a lot of us were caught unawares. Many of our properties were affected and many will need immediate recovery. This feature will deal with stranded and flooded vehicles, electricals and machinery.

SS-25 – A non-chlorinated solvent degreaser that cleans electric motors and metal surfaces without disassembly; fast evaporation, non-corrosive; removes dirt, grease, oil and resins and a high dielectric strength up to 25,000 volts. This would mean better cleaning of electrical parts without the fear of damage to its sensitive parts due to its ability to support electrostatic field while dissipating minimal energy in the form of heat.

CHELADE – A polymeric rust converter, it can stabilize rust brought about by flood waters. These solutions converts metal into a moisture-free protective, paintable coating and protects from further rust damage.

YIELD – This is an aerosol penetrant and release agent that quickly removes moisture and loosens rust without producing bad fumes. It also has 5 times the penetrating action compared to commercial penetrating agents.

RESIST-X – An anti-corrosive sealant and de-moisturizer solution, it is safe on any metal and an excellent battery protective agent.

LEXPURE – An outstanding cleaner for electrical and electronic equipment that produces no residue and does not contain chlorinated or fluorinated solvent with a powerful dielectric formula.

NC-123 PLUS – This de-moisturizing/lubricant solution for electrical equipment that negates the effect of water on electrical parts and leaves a protective coating.

DUO POWER – An all around vehicle cleaner that quickly removes dirt, grease and grime and is suitable for all types of body parts and is biodegradable.
