To resolve this issue, we installed a BioAmp unit in the sludge tank. The results were impressive, with sludge water content reduced from 80% to 58% and a significant decrease in sludge disposal volume. This led to substantial annual savings on disposal costs.

Additionally, the cleaning time for the dehydrator was cut from 3 hours to just 30 minutes, indicating a reduction in oil content in the dewatering machine.
