E Company 는 자동차 부품, 오토바이 휠, 실린더 헤드, 외부 튜브 및 소형 부품을 생산하는 세계적인 상품 제조업체 중 하나입니다

고객은 베어링에 대한 탁월한 보호 기능을 제공하는 동시에 안정성과 장비 부품 수명을 향상시키기 위한 성능 윤활 프로그램을 구현하기 위해 NCH Asia Pacific에 문의했습니다.

NCH는 당사 제품인 Heat Shield를 적용하였습니다. 적용 후 ENKEI THAI는 생산성을 높이고 윤활유 소비, 부품 교체, 인건비 및 가동 중지 시간을 줄일 수 있었습니다.

총 윤활유 사용량이 2.667배 감소하여 THB 2,188,800의 비용이 절감되었습니다. 총 부품 및 인력이 3.986배 감소하여 THB 1,086,708의 비용이 절감되었습니다. 총 가동 중지 시간이 3.985배 감소하여 총 가동 시간이 10.78일 증가했습니다.

가장 놀라운 결과는 고객이 5,174.4개의 휠을 추가로 생산하여 15,523,200바트의 추가 매출을 창출했다는 것입니다.
