Asian Fishery Plant Uses BioAmp to Eliminate Odor and Improve Wastewater Quality<\/h2>\n

An Asian exporter of fish and fishery products has successfully eradicated foul odors and enhanced wastewater quality through the adoption of BioAmp<\/strong><\/a> technology.<\/p>\n

Operating with a daily effluent flow of 100m\u00b3, the plant faced persistent foul odors attributed to its industry-specific wastewater. These odors were not only a nuisance to local residents but also posed challenges in meeting audit compliance standards.<\/p>\n

To tackle these issues, the plant implemented BioAmp, a state-of-the-art biological wastewater treatment solution. BioAmp harnesses the power of FreeFlow HC<\/a><\/strong>, a concentrated blend of bacteria designed to efficiently degrade organic matter found in wastewater. This innovative system reduces the reliance on excessive aeration while optimizing the degradation process.<\/p>\n

The results were remarkable: within two weeks of installation, significant reductions in foul odors were evident, culminating in complete elimination by the sixth week. Complaints from local residents ceased entirely, thereby resolving the audit compliance challenges faced by the plant.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the BioAmp proved effective in improving key wastewater quality parameters including pH, TDS, TSS, COD, and BOD. Over a span of three months, substantial enhancements in these critical parameters underscored BioAmp’s effectiveness in enhancing wastewater treatment processes.<\/p>\n
