Without proper control, cooling tower systems will experience a variety of problems including:\u00a0scale, corrosion, microbiological growth, and inefficient water usage.<\/p>\n<p>Reducing the need for engineer attention, aquaDART<span class=\"s1\">\u00ae<\/span>\u00a0makes use of florescent traced technology to maintain chemical residual control and enables real-time sensors to measure key parameters, determining scale, corrosion and microbiological control. From here, custom controls regulate blowdown and chemical feed, immediately correcting and communicating upset conditions.<\/p>\n<p>As a fully automated system, the web-based monitoring and control software allows for remote supervision of the aquaDART<span class=\"s1\">\u00ae<\/span>\u00a0System, while records are also automatically generated and accessible at any time through the web-platform.<\/p>\n<p>Case studies at Chemical plants in South East Asia have confirmed that up to 141ML of water can be conserved through the implementation of\u00a0aquaDART<span class=\"s1\">\u00ae<\/span>, resulting in massive environmental and financial savings. With automation further reducing human error and increasing the efficiency of water treatment, the\u00a0aquaDART<span class=\"s1\">\u00ae<\/span>\u00a0system is set to become an industry standard in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>The aquaDART<span class=\"s1\">\u00ae\u00a0<\/span>automation can improve labor utilization, freeing up personnel to work on other important tasks, with the peace of mind the cooling tower system is under control.
