\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRecently, NCH China’s annual event was successfully held in Dalian. At the event, company employees and autistic Child (Star Kids) from Chen Guang Shu Yuan performed a moving rendition of \u2018Stars and the Sea,\u2019 captivating the entire audience.\u00a0

<\/span>\n\nThis was not only an outstanding joint performance but also a testament to NCH’s long-standing commitment to corporate social responsibility. For this event, NCH China selected refrigerator magnets designed and crafted by the autistic child (Star Kids) from Chenguang Shu Yuan as special gifts for employees. This special \u2018order\u2019 reflects NCH’s commitment to corporate social responsibility through concrete actions and provides support and assistance to the autistic Child (Star Kids).<\/span>

NCH has always regarded giving back to society as an integral part of its corporate mission and actively explores sustainable philanthropic models.<\/p>

Chen Guang Shu Yuan was established in 2017 by Cheng Jian, a mother of an autistic child. It is a non-profit organisation under the supervision of the China Disabled Persons’ Federation. The Chen Guang Shu Yuan provides rehabilitation training and social integration support for individuals with autism and other intellectual disabilities, helping them improve their self-care, social, and vocational skills. Through this collaboration, handicrafts have become treasured gifts for NCH employees, and the income from orders will support the future development of the students at Chen Guang Shu Yuan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Conveying respect through orders, empowering the path to self-reliance<\/b><\/p>

NCH China understands that while donations can provide immediate help, \u2018teaching someone to fish\u2019 is the only way to bring about long-term change. Through this meaningful charitable collaboration, NCH China provides autistic students at Chen Guang Shu Yuan with a platform to showcase and transform their craftsmanship. By selecting the students’ handmade items, NCH China directly acknowledges their hard work and creativity, and demonstrates its commitment to helping these children acquire skills and achieve self-reliance through concrete actions. Every refrigerator magnet brought home by NCH employees carries NCH China’s firm support for special groups to create value through labor and integrate into society.<\/span><\/p>

Warm echoes: children’s voices sing of stars and the sea<\/b><\/p>

This warm support from the company received the most sincere response at the annual meeting. When the children from Chen Guang Shu Yuan stood on stage and sang \u2018Starlit Seas\u2019 with their clear voices, the entire audience was deeply moved.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

NCH employees joined in the chorus and expressed their admiration with sustained applause\u2014this was not only a tribute to the outstanding performance but also a high recognition of NCH’s commitment to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility in an equitable and empowering manner. An employee representative shared their feelings: \u2018Holding the gifts carefully made by the children and listening to their hopeful songs, as a member of NCH, I feel deeply proud. This has truly made us realise how a company’s warmth can illuminate others’ starry skies\u2014this is precisely what NCH advocates through this activity: ensuring that no star shines alone.\u2019<\/span><\/p>

Building a sustainable cycle of warmth<\/b><\/p>

This collaboration is not merely a simple public welfare initiative, but a warm cycle based on respect, recognition, and mutual achievement. By selecting the labour of the \u2018star children,\u2019 NCH China not only presented its employees with heartfelt gifts but also enhanced the self-sustaining capacity of the Chen Guang Shu Yuan, providing solid support for the future development of the \u2018star children.\u2019<\/span><\/p>

NCH China is putting corporate social responsibility into action, and the power of NCH CARES is transforming into starlight illuminating the path of the \u2018star children’s\u2019 growth.
