The heat exchange tube had an accumulation of different forms of scale, corrosion products, and microbial mud. This accumulation significantly reduced the heat exchange efficiency of the equipment and directly caused the waste of energy and increased production cost and maintenance costs. The company used a famous X&#8217;s cleaning solution for several years but the results were unsatisfactory.<\/p>\n<p>The company approached us for a sustainable solution that could clean the evaporative cooling system, provide energy and water savings, and reduce chemical usage, TCO, and carbon footprint.<\/p>\n<p>Since assuming treatment, the Chem-Aqua water treatment resulted in annual power and annual water savings. Chem-Aqua initiated a comprehensive physical and chemical cleaning to reduce the accumulation on the surface of the refrigeration condenser coil. With that, the condensing pressure decreased from 12.26 bar to 1.12 bar.
