Looking back, I have many fond memories, but I also recall the challenges we faced\u2014especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and the global economic slowdown. Even in difficult times, I\u2019ve always believed that we must keep moving forward without dwelling on our circumstances. I\u2019m inspired by the saying, \u201cOpportunity comes to those who prepare.\u201d With this mindset, I have consistently strived to be fully prepared\u2014whether by sending personal novelties and thank-you cards to strengthen customer relationships, organizing proposals and reports to build trust, or creating measurable, actionable plans to improve sales performance. I also believe that growth requires continuous investment. This means investing in our own development, dedicating time to deepen customer relationships, maintaining thorough documentation to enhance trust, and securing the resources needed to deliver excellent service. At NCH, our work is highly individualized, and achieving our goals can sometimes be challenging. That\u2019s why communication and collaboration with managers and teammates are essential.
