My journey at NCH as a Sales Representative has been an exhilarating experience, marked by growth, challenges, and countless rewarding moments. My role entails more than just selling products – it’s about forging connections,finding solutions, and igniting positive change.

A vivid memory is my introduction to NCH through the New Rep School. Entering with anticipation and anxiety, I expected an intimidating experience. However, the camaraderie and dynamic training atmosphere swiftly dispelled my nervousness. This foundational experience became the bedrock of my success. Despite my limited sales background, the school empowered me to confidently navigate the business landscape.

The essence of my journey lies in the joy of interactions. Engaging with diverse individuals, from factory floors to maintenance shops, has been a priceless privilege. Collaborating with customers to brainstorm innovative solutions and efficiency enhancements is profoundly fulfilling. Beyond the professional domain,  the ability   to delve into work-related discussions and personal anecdotes with customers is a realm I hold dear.

My journey was born from a yearning for meaningful human connections. Transitioning from an office clerk to NCH was my way of embracing my affinity for people. At NCH, I found my calling – every interaction offers opportunities to learn, share, and engage across varied industries and interests. Looking ahead, I aspire to seize opportunities boldly, leading a life brimming with fulfillment. My dream is to reflect on my journey and proudly declare, “What an extraordinary life I’ve led!” I aim to stand as a testament to unwavering determination, fueled by profound connections.

For those yet to discover NCH, allow me to illuminate maintenance and chemicals – fields I entered without prior experience. 「NCH での変革の旅: つながりとイノベーションを通じて成功を紡ぐ」

NCH での営業担当者としての私のこれまでの道のりは、成長、挑戦、そして数えきれないほどのやりがいある瞬間といった素晴らしい経験でした。私の役割は、単に製品を販売するだけではなく、お客様とのつながりを築き、お客様が抱えている問題点の解決策を見つけ、前向きな変化を起こすことが重要です。

これまでで一番思い出に残っていることは入社時のNew Rep School  です。期待と不安を抱えて入社した私は、きっと研修は怖いところなのだろうと思っていました。しかし、仲間との交流とダイナミックなトレーニングが私の緊張をすぐに打ち消してくれました。この研修での経験が私の成功の基盤となりました。それまでの私の販売経験は限られていましたが、この研修のおかげで私は自信を持ってセールス活動を行えるようになりました。

私のNCHでの旅の本質は、お客様との交流の楽しさにあります。製造から整備工場に至るまで様々な現場で、多くのお客様と関われることは、かけがえのない経験です。お客様と協力して革新的なソリューションと効率の向上に取り組むことは、非常にやりがいのあることです。仕事の話だけでなく、お客様とプライベートなお話ができることが私にとって何よりも楽しい時間です。

私の旅は、たくさんの人との関わりを持つことへの憧れから生まれました。事務員からNCHセールスへの転職で、私は自分の本当にしたい仕事を見つけました。お客様との交流で、私の知らない様々な事を学び、共有する機会を得られました。今後も躊躇することなくチャンスを果敢に掴み、充実した人生を送りたいと思っています。私の夢は、いつか自分の人生を振り返った時、「私はなんて素晴らしい人生を送ってきたんだろう！楽しかった！満足！」と胸を張って言える自分になることです。

まだ NCH を知らない方々へ…私は未経験でこの仕事を始めました。メンテナンス剤やケミカルなどまったく分からず、工場へも入ったことなどありませんでした。ですが、先輩方のアドバイスや会社のサポートにより、ひとつずつ知識を得て、今こうして毎日充実した日々を送っています。もちろん時に大変だと思う事もありますが、自分の裁量で仕事ができること、多くの人との関りが毎日のやりがいを与えてくれます。これからも仕事とプライベート、共に楽しんでいきたいです。
