My journey with NCH has been nothing short of remarkable. From the moment I joined, I knew this was the place where I could thrive and make a significant impact. As a part of the MT department, my role revolves around developing and increasing sales, and I take immense pride in guiding my team to understand the company’s policies while ensuring we uphold our responsibilities diligently. The best thing about joining NCH is undoubtedly the sense of belonging. The bond we share within our team is akin to that of a family – caring, supportive, and always having each other’s backs. We work together, laugh together, and overcome challenges as one cohesive unit.

One of the most unique aspects of NCH is the continuous emphasis on sales training. No matter your level of experience, the company invests heavily in honing our skills, making sure we are always at the top of our game. It’s this unique commitment to personal and professional growth that truly sets us apart. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of having two remarkable role models and mentors – Mr. Preecha and Mr. Rod. Their guidance and teachings have laid the foundation for my success as a salesperson. Discipline, punctuality, and a focus on continuous improvement have been the invaluable lessons I’ve imbibed from them. NCH values each employee equally and fosters a supportive environment that encourages growth and opportunity. The culture here encourages openness and authenticity, allowing us to speak our minds and be ourselves without any pretenses.

Reflecting on my journey at NCH, there are many memorable days, but one that stands out is when we surpassed our sales target. It was a moment of immense pride and motivation, igniting my passion to lead by example and guide my team towards greater success. Challenges are an inevitable part of any career, and I’ve faced my fair share at NCH. Whenever I encounter difficulties, I reflect on the issues and seek solutions, addressing weaknesses with a calm and comprehensive approach. I’ve learned that the most significant victory is conquering myself – with determination and focus, there’s no obstacle I cannot overcome. Throughout my career, I’ve realized that my self-competitive approach is what keeps me going. Setting monthly goals and then challenging myself to surpass them the following month has become my mantra, and it consistently drives me to perform at my best.

Outside of work, I indulge in two of my passions: cooking and swimming. Just like sales, cooking involves following steps and procedures, and this parallel inspires me to constantly develop and improve myself in both areas.
