In 2023, I celebrate two remarkable years of growth and accomplishment within the NCH family. Embarking on this journey was a leap of faith, transitioning from a familiar work environment to the dynamic world of NCH. As someone entrenched in the cleaning, sanitation, and water treatment industry, stepping into the realm of lubricants and pipe repair applications was a culture shock, and I felt like a fish out of water. However, I thrived on challenges and was determined to learn and adapt.

The initial days were tough, trying to navigate uncharted waters while introducing innovative solutions to our valued customers. My limited understanding of the field posed hurdles, particularly when I assumed leadership of the Maintenance Division. But with the unwavering support of both management and my incredible colleagues, I soon felt like an integral part of the NCH family.

I must extend heartfelt gratitude to two remarkable individuals who played pivotal roles in my NCH journey. Ku Lee, an incredible pillar of support, showered me with daily encouragement and guidance. His belief in my potential fueled my drive to excel. Equally influential was Richard Swanborough, who generously shared his wealth of biological knowledge, empowering me with insights that I could apply to our projects.

One of the aspects that truly resonated with me was NCH’s enterprising culture, igniting the spirit of entrepreneurship within each of us. This environment fostered creativity and initiative, allowing me the freedom to manage portfolios and engage in streamlined discussions, unburdened by excessive bureaucracy. As a result, we accomplished tasks swiftly, closing deals and achieving targets in record time.

Choosing to be part of the NCH family signifies embarking on a new chapter of your career journey in the right place. I have come to understand that pouring one’s heart into the task at hand and delivering one’s best effort are the guiding principles that lead to triumph. It’s essential to pause and reflect during moments of doubt or low spirits. And during such times, seeking guidance from mentors, managers, or the leadership becomes a wellspring of wisdom that propels you forward.

Guided by the principles of the Law of Attraction, I’ve witnessed firsthand how positive thoughts shape destinies. Within the nurturing confines of NCH, I have discovered a profound sense of fulfillment. My journey at NCH has been an enchanting one, and I eagerly anticipate the many more years ahead. Within the NCH family, the notion of working alone becomes obsolete. We’re more than just colleagues; we’re a united force, fostering growth, innovation, and accomplishment. As I stand at this juncture, I’m brimming with gratitude for the experiences, knowledge, and relationships that have enriched my time here. Here’s to NCH, to each of us, and to the countless possibilities that lie ahead.
