I’ve had the incredible privilege of being part of the NCH family for a remarkable 10 years. When I joined NCH Philippines, Inc., it was a leap into the unknown for me. My background had been in research and laboratory work during my internship, so stepping into a sales role was a completely new experience. Despite my initial hesitation due to my lack of sales knowledge, I embraced the opportunity with open arms. 

Through these years, my journey has been peppered with memorable moments. Among them, the days when I was able to bring forward innovative solutions and aid my clients in matters of Food Safety, cleaning, and sanitation stand out. Witnessing the positive impact of my efforts on their operations fills me with a sense of self-fulfillment that goes beyond mere sales targets. As a Food Safety Specialist, I now relish my independence and flexibility, driven by a passion that runs deep. The field is demanding, but the genuine desire to provide effective solutions fuels me to push boundaries.

My path to success within NCH has been paved with faith, determination, and resilience. From overcoming communication barriers to mastering the intricacies of our offerings, every challenge has propelled me forward. As I faced hurdles, I learned that embracing difficulties can shape our character and lead to remarkable personal development. The life of a salesperson is no easy feat, yet the rewards have been immeasurable. Persevere through challenges, for they are the crucibles in which we forge our strengths. In my decade with NCH, I’ve discovered my true calling and the profound joy of helping others flourish. The knowledge, skills, and connections I’ve gained have been a wellspring of blessings, shared with my loved ones and those around me.
