Embracing Challenges and Igniting Passion: My Transformative Journey at NCH

Hello everyone, I am Li Hui, a sales rep. from the Dalian branch. Standing here, I feel extremely honored to share my journey with NCH with all of you. Three years ago, when I first stepped into this big family, I was full of expectations for my career, but at the same time, there were many uncertainties and challenges.

Looking back to the year I joined NCH, I felt like I was entering a brand-new world. My previous experience in automotive sales was a valuable asset, but at NCH, I needed to relearn and adapt to new sales concepts and techniques. However, it was precisely this difference that truly ignited my passion for my work. 

Through these years, I transformed from a reserved salesperson into a confident 1/4 manager. These changes are not just evident in my professional skills, but also in my mindset and behavior. I gradually understood that for a salesperson, overcoming difficulties and setbacks is part of the job, but the key lies in how we respond and handle these issues.

Customer attrition and pricing problems have always been common challenges in the sales industry. I also felt helpless and confused when facing these issues. However, through continuous communication with customers, I gradually realized that the solutions to problems are always more numerous than the problems themselves. Engaging in advance with customers, understanding their needs, and finding targeted solutions became the key to overcoming difficulties. In terms of pricing, I learned to put myself in the customer’s shoes, understand their concerns, and recognize the value our company provides, achieving consensus and balance. Sometimes, customers are just not our target audience, and learning to let go is also a form of wisdom.

In this process, I experienced the significance of perseverance. Due to my love for the job, I’m willing to put in more effort, explore new solutions, overcome challenges, and achieve success. Simultaneously, my self-confidence grew, and I gradually became a manager capable of taking charge and leading a team. Now, I face more responsibilities and challenges. The three years of growth have made me realize that life is splendid because of pursuit. My love and pursuit of my work have reinforced my determination towards my goals, pushing me to keep moving forward. 

At NCH, we are no longer lone individuals fighting our battles, but members of a powerful team. I’ve received support and encouragement from leaders and colleagues, and I believe I can continue to shine on this stage. I would like to say to all my colleagues who are diligently working at NCH: No matter what difficulties and challenges you encounter, never give up! Because only through constant pursuit can we keep growing, continually surpass ourselves. Let’s move forward together, creating a brighter future!

回首刚加入NCH那年仿佛置身于一个崭新的世界之前的汽车销售经验对我来说是宝贵的财富,但在NCH我需要重新学习适应新的销售理念和技巧然而正是这种不同让我真正地燃起了对工作的无限热情

在华阳-恩赛的三年里我从一个拘谨的销售员逐渐蜕变为一个充满自信的1/4经理人这其中的改变不仅仅体现在我的职业技能上更体现在我的心态和行为上我逐渐明白对于一名销售人员来说克服困难和挫折是家常便饭关键在于我们如何应对和处理这些问题

客户流失和价格问题一直是销售行业的普遍难题我也曾在这些问题面前感到无助和困惑通过不断地与客户沟通我逐渐意识到解决问题的方法总是比问题本身更多对客户进行提前衡量了解他们的需求并找到针对性的解决方案,成为我克服困难的关键在价格问题上我学会换位思考理解客户的顾虑及我们企业的价值所在进而达到共识与平衡有时候客户并不是我们的目标客群学会放弃也是一种智慧

过程中我体会到了坚持的意义因为对工作的喜爱我愿意付出更多的努力去探索新的解决方案去克服困难取得成功与此同时我的自信也得到了提升我逐渐成长为能够独挡一面带领团队的经理人现在我面临着更多的责任和挑战这三年的成长之路使我明白生命因追求而精彩我对工作的热爱和追求让我愈发坚定自己的目标不断前行

在NCH,我们将不再是一个孤军奋战的个体而是强大团队中的一员我得到了领导和同事们的支持和鼓励我相信自己能够在这舞台上继续发光发热 我想对所有在NCH努力奋斗的同事们说无论遇到什么困难和挑战都不要放弃追求因为只有不断追求我们才能不断成长,不断超越自己让我们一起携手前行创造更美好的未来
