I am a sales representative for Chem Aqua, the water treatment division at NCH, and I couldn’t be prouder of the team I work with. 

From the very beginning, I knew I made the right decision to work here. Even before officially joining, I received a thoughtful email from the country manager expressing concern for my family’s safety during flooding in the area. This level of care and consideration was genuinely touching and spoke volumes about the company’s culture. As I settled into my role, the positive atmosphere, the support, and the genuine desire to see every employee flourish confirmed that I was part of something special.

From my team members to my manager Sanjesh, and even senior management in America and throughout Asia, everyone is readily available to help, even if it means joining a meeting at 3:30 AM. The tremendous support we receive is empowering and drives us to excel in our roles.
