Hey there! I’m Wannaphat Khemaphairoj, and I have the pleasure of being the Finance Manager for Thailand and Southeast Asia here at NCH. I get to lead our fantastic finance team in Thailand and keep an eye on things in Vietnam too. It’s a busy job, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

What makes NCH a great place to work? For me, it’s all about the people. I’m surrounded by some of the most humble and lovely folks you could ever meet. We’re a mixed bunch here—finance, sales, HR, marketing—but no matter our role, we always help each other out. Our office is a place where work and personal life blend seamlessly, with plenty of laughs and stories shared along the way.

One moment that really stands out for me was during the early days of COVID-19. I got pretty sick and had to be hospitalized. But what really touched me was the support I received—from my teammates, my boss, even senior leadership. I got so many calls checking in on me, reminding me that at NCH, we’re not just coworkers—we’re family. It’s a memory I’ll always cherish.

I’m all about learning and delivering my best. What keeps me motivated is that I believe if you want to be great, you’ve got to make sure what you deliver is top-notch. It’s a mindset that’s helped me thrive here at NCH, and I’m excited to keep growing with this awesome team.
