Hi everyone! I’m Nantiya, and I’m proud to be the Marketing Manager at NCH Thailand. Whether it’s through creative campaigns, boosting brand awareness, or generating leads on social media, my role is all about bringing our brand to life. I get to work with amazing people every day, from my inspiring Marketing Leader to marketing colleagues, experienced sales teams, and dedicated support colleagues—not just in Thailand but across all of Asia Pacific!

What makes NCH truly special for me is the chance to be part of exciting, full-circle marketing. I get to dive into digital strategies and roll up my sleeves for on-the-ground activations. Every project is a new adventure, and I love how we constantly share ideas, creativity, and best practices across our marketing network, it really keeps the energy high and the ideas flowing!

One moment I’ll never forget was organizing my very first Kickoff Meeting. We brought together over 100 team members including our APAC leaders, for three days full of inspiration, learning, and laughter. Seeing everyone come together with so much energy and positivity was just incredible! It was one of those moments that made me feel truly proud and grateful.

If you ask me what keeps me going, I’d say it’s resilience, curiosity, and a love for learning. I soak up everything: From my brilliant teammates to online courses, podcasts, and even AI tools! To me, success is all about growing, evolving, and having fun along the way.
