Hello, everyone! I joined NCH in July 2019, and it’s hard to believe that five years have already passed. Looking back, I have many fond memories, but I also recall the challenges we faced—especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and the global economic slowdown. Even in difficult times, I’ve always believed that we must keep moving forward without dwelling on our circumstances. I’m inspired by the saying, “Opportunity comes to those who prepare.” With this mindset, I have consistently strived to be fully prepared—whether by sending personal novelties and thank-you cards to strengthen customer relationships, organizing proposals and reports to build trust, or creating measurable, actionable plans to improve sales performance. I also believe that growth requires continuous investment. This means investing in our own development, dedicating time to deepen customer relationships, maintaining thorough documentation to enhance trust, and securing the resources needed to deliver excellent service. At NCH, our work is highly individualized, and achieving our goals can sometimes be challenging. That’s why communication and collaboration with managers and teammates are essential. I will continue to work closely with my NCH family—not only to achieve our collective goals but also to support the growth of my colleagues. Finally, I wish happiness and peace to the entire NCH family. Thank you for your continued dedication and support.

NCH KOREA 윤활사업부에서 Sales Representative 으로 근무하고 있는 배두관입니다.

2019년 7월 NCH에 입사한 이후, 어느덧 5년이라는 시간이 흘렀습니다.
그동안 많은 보람과 성과가 있었지만, COVID-19 팬데믹과 세계적인 경기 침체 등 쉽지 않았던 시간들도 있었습니다. 

그럼에도 불구하고 저는 늘 현실에 안주하거나 불평하기보다는, 작지만 꾸준한 노력을 통해 앞으로 나아가는 것이 중요하다고 믿어왔습니다.
“기회는 준비된 자에게 온다”는 말을 마음에 새기며, 고객과의 관계를 강화하기 위해 Personal Novelty 와 Thank Card 를 활용하고, 고객 신뢰를 높이기 위해 제안서와 보고서 등 체계적인 문서 작업을 지속적으로 이어왔습니다.
또한 매출 향상을 위해 측정 가능하고 실행 가능한 계획을 세우고 꾸준히 실천해 오고 있습니다. 

저는 진정한 성장을 위해서는 지속적인 투자가 필요하다고 생각합니다.               고객과의 관계 강화를 위한 진정성 있는 시간투자, 고객 만족을 높이기 위한 문서 작업 및 자료 준비, 그리고 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 자재 투자 등, 이러한 지속적인 투자를 통해 앞으로도 한 단계 더 성장해 나갈 것입니다.

NCH는 각자가 독립적인 형태로 영업 활동을 전개하는 조직이기에, 누구나 한 번쯤은 목표 달성에 있어 한계에 부딪히는 순간이 있을 수 있습니다. 하지만 저는 이런 어려움도 매니저 및 팀원들과의 원활한 소통과 협업을 통해 극복할 수 있다고 믿습니다. 앞으로도 목표 달성을 위해 NCH 가족들과 긴밀히 협력해 나갈 것이며, 나아가팀원들의 성장에도 도움이 되는 동료가 되도록 노력하겠습니다.
