From Sales Representative to Field Product Manager: Embracing Growth, Recognition, and Leadership at NCH
Hello everyone, I’m Bryan Aranda, and I’ve been a proud member of the NCH family for the past four years. I started my journey here as a Sales Representative, and in 2021, I was promoted to Field Product Manager for Parts Cleaning. This promotion has been one of the most memorable milestones in my career, as it marked a significant steppingstone and a challenge that I was excited to embrace.
Working at NCH is a unique experience. The flexible work schedule is a great benefit, but what stands out the most is how our hard work is recognized and rewarded. The appreciation from our superiors is not just about acknowledgement but also about seeing the value in what we do. This culture of recognition makes every effort worthwhile.
One of my most memorable days was the day of my promotion. It was unexpected and overwhelming, yet it filled me with a sense of achievement and a drive to excel further. My flexibility and adaptability have been crucial in my success. Learning from my mentors and focusing on my goals have equipped me with the skills needed to thrive at NCH.
I’ve been fortunate to have incredible role models like Sir Erick Tan, Ms. Anna Ho, and Sir Cezar De Ramos. Their guidance and knowledge have been invaluable, shaping me into the professional I am today. Constructive feedback from my managers has also been pivotal. Learning to balance my responsibilities and effectively manage my team has been a significant growth area for me.
NCH has provided me with numerous opportunities for professional and personal growth. The trainings, mentorship, and supportive culture have all played a significant role in my journey. I look forward to continuing this path, contributing to NCH’s success, and making a positive impact on our customers and my colleagues.
