Beginning as a Sales Representative, you can choose to specialize in your particular field. You can also become part of the Sales Management and Leadership team, developing the next generation of Sales Representatives.

Many of our Sales Representatives have Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental, and Biotechnology related degrees. This allows them to not only offer expert advice to our customers, but also to work closely with our Innovation Platforms and Research and Development (R&D) teams to further expand our product range.

Our sales representatives are rewarded on achievement and their growth success. If you are someone that is driven, highly motivated, can work autonomously but still can operate as part of a larger team, then this may be the right career path for you.
